Cancellations

For all bespoke bookings a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Should you unfortunately have to cancel, it may be possible to transfer your deposit to another date, subject to our availability.

All online click-and-collect orders are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, as they are perishable, we cannot accept returns on our cakes and treats.
